Refund policy

This policy applies to paid InfraNexus educational programs: the Candlestick Interpretation Bootcamp, Multi-Bar Context Lab, Private Candle Mentorship, and Weekend Candle Workshop. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer (for example physical retail goods, software subscriptions, or managed trading accounts).
Eligibility
Refunds are available when you cancel in writing before the program’s stated cutoff, or when InfraNexus cancels a cohort and you decline the alternate date offered. Partial refunds may apply after a program has started, as described below.
Timeframe
- Bootcamp & Context Lab: full refund if written cancel arrives at least 7 days before session 1.
- Weekend Workshop: full refund if written cancel arrives at least 72 hours before start.
- Private Mentorship: unused prepaid calls refundable if cancel arrives at least 5 days before the next scheduled call; completed calls are non-refundable.
Full vs partial refund
If you withdraw after session 1 of a multi-session group program but before session 3, you may receive a partial refund equal to fees for remaining unused sessions minus an administrative deduction of NT$ 800. After session 3 begins, group program fees are non-refundable except when InfraNexus cancels remaining dates.
Non-refundable items
- Completed live sessions and completed mentorship calls.
- Digital materials already unlocked for your cohort (checklists, PDFs) once access has been granted and the cancel cutoff has passed.
- Deposit held to reserve a private mentorship slot if you no-show the first call without 24-hour notice (deposit equals one call fee).
Refund process
Email studio@infranexus.digital with your full name, program name, cohort or start date, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
Processing time & method
Approved refunds are returned by the original offline payment method within 10 business days after approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary by your institution.
Cancellation by InfraNexus
If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to the next available date at no extra fee or request a full refund of amounts paid for unused sessions.
Rescheduling & deposits
One complimentary reschedule is allowed for private mentorship calls with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late reschedules consume the call. Group programs may transfer your seat to a later cohort once if requested at least 7 days before start; deposits paid to hold a seat follow the same cancel cutoffs as full fees.
No-shows
Missing a live group session without notice does not extend access or create a refund. Recordings, when offered for that cohort, remain available for the stated window.
Work already started & materials
Once live instruction has begun and materials are issued, refunds follow the partial rules above. Printed handouts already produced for your seat are non-returnable; their allocated cost may be deducted from an otherwise eligible partial refund.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies or government-ordered restrictions that prevent attendance may qualify for transfer or expanded refund consideration at our discretion. Contact us as soon as practicable.
