How we use data

We use inquiry details to respond to seat requests, share schedules, and administer enrolled training. We do not sell personal data. We do not use contact details for unrelated marketing lists without your request.

Legal bases

Where applicable, we process inquiry data to take steps at your request before a training agreement, and to pursue legitimate interests in operating an educational studio and securing our website.

Retention

Inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to complete correspondence and for reasonable business records (typically up to 24 months if you do not enroll). Student records for completed programs are retained as required for accounting and curriculum access windows described at enrollment.

Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure providers who host email or the website, under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities when legally required.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete inquiry data we hold, or withdraw consent for optional cookies, by emailing studio@infranexus.digital. Essential site function does not require accepting non-essential cookies.

International access

Our studio is in Taiwan. If you contact us from elsewhere, your message is received and stored in systems we use to operate from this location.
