Journaling Candles After Taichung Hours

A lightweight evening journal format for candle readers reviewing the cash session.

Traders in central Taiwan often review after the cash close. That window is short; the journal must be fast or it will be skipped.

We use four fields only: candle name, location note, emotional state at the decision, and a one-sentence outcome. Screenshots attach below. Longer reflection waits for the weekend curriculum block.

Mentorship clients bring the journal, not a raw trade list. Patterns of renaming bars after the fact show up faster when the emotional field is required every time.

If you miss three consecutive evening journals, pause new risk until the habit returns. Process gaps usually precede drawdowns.
